We aim to describe products accurately. Colours or packaging may vary slightly. Consumer prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before payment.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed after checkout and successful payment. Payment methods are shown at checkout. DERENÉE may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.
