Verzendbeleid

At DERENÉE, every order is prepared with care. We ship throughout Europe and aim to make delivery simple and transparent.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. During launches, promotions or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on European orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

European delivery

DERENÉE ships throughout Europe. Available delivery methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Non-EU European countries

For destinations outside the European Union, such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway, local customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Packaging

Supplements, bottles and journals are generally shipped in a protective box. Sportswear, grip socks and booty bands may be shipped in a protective shipping bag. Multiple products may be combined into one shipment where possible.

Delivery issues

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct delivery address. If a parcel appears lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, email becoming@derenee.nl with your order number and, where relevant, clear photographs.
