We hope you love your DERENÉE order. Eligible products can be returned within 30 days after delivery. This is an additional DERENÉE return period; statutory consumer rights, including the legal withdrawal period where applicable, remain fully in force.

How to return

Email becoming@derenee.nl within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number and the product(s) you want to return. We will send you the return instructions and return address.

Return conditions

To receive a full refund under our 30-day return policy, products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale:

unused and, where applicable, unworn except for reasonable fitting or inspection;
unwashed, clean and undamaged;
with original tags, labels and accessories;
without stains, odours, make-up, deodorant, perfume or other signs of use;
in the original product packaging where reasonably possible.

Product-specific conditions

Supplements: opened supplements or products with a broken protective seal may not be returnable where the statutory health or hygiene exception applies. Faulty or incorrect products remain covered by your legal rights.

Sportswear and grip socks: may be carefully tried on but must be returned clean and with original tags. Booty bands: no signs of workout use. Water bottles: unused and not filled with liquid. Journals: unused and unwritten in.

Return costs

Standard return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If DERENÉE sent the wrong product or an item arrived damaged or defective, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds

After the return is received and checked, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Where required by law, standard outbound delivery costs are also refunded when the complete order is withdrawn.
